Nail Art of the Day: Rainbow Smoke for Day 30 Inspired by a Tutorial #31Dc2016

Per la nail art del penultimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge bisogna ispirarsi a un tutorial.

Come lo scorso anno in questo giorno sperimento una tecnica nuova, di solito di qualche tutorial che mi incuriosisce ma che non ho provato mai perchè fondamentalmente sono pigra!

 Lo scorso anno la mia nail art ispirata a un tutorial è stata questa.

Oggi ho voluto provare la Rainbow Smoke Manicure, un effetto fumo che si ottiene semplicemente bagnando di acetone lo smalto.

Questo effetto mi è piaciuto parecchio e ho trovato la tecnica molto facile e velocissima da realizzare.

Today prompt for last but one day of 31 Day Challenge is inspired by a tutorial.

For this prompt I am used to experiment a new technique, usually it is a technique I want to try but I was too lazy to do!

Last year my inspired by a tutorial nail art was this.

Today I try the Rainbow Smoke Manicure, a smoke effect obtained dipping a brush in acetone.

I attached the tutorial I followed for this nail art.

I really liked this effect, this technique is so easy and quick to do.

Nail Art of the Day: Happy Ghost for Day29 Inspired by The Supernatural #31DC2016

Il tema per il ventinovesimo giorno delm 31 Day Challenge è una nail art ispirata al sovrannaturale.
Questo è uno dei temi che ogni anno mi mette in imbarazzo, non so mai come interpretarlo!

Lo scorso anno me l'ero cavata con la mia eterea Angel Manicure, quest'anno ho scelto invece un fantasma e tanti riflessi flakies.

Ho applicato uno smalto nero, tranne che per l'accent, e l'ho fatto risplendere con un top coat con flakies iridescenti dalle sfumature blu e verdi.

Per il mio fantasmino felice invece ho applicato due strati di smalto bianco e, una volta asciutto, ho applicato sulla punta la guida per french ondulata. Ho marcato la punta con lo smalto nero e rimosso la guida. Per il faccino del fantasma ho semplicemente applicato uno sticker.

Ho protetto tutto con una passata di top coat trasparente.

The prompt for day 29 of 31 Day Challenge is inspired by supernatural.

This is a hard prompt for me, every year I have doubt on this nail art!

Last year I did an angel manicure, this time I choose a ghost with flakes effect.

I applyed a black polish except for accent nail and then I applyed the flakes top coat.

For my happy ghost I applyed two layer of white polish and when it was dried I applyed a wavy french guide on the tip. I marked the tip with the black polish and I removed the guide.

For the smile I just applyed a nail sticker.

I sealed the design with a layer of clear top coat.

Nail Art of the Day: French Girl for Day 28 Inspired by a Flag #31DC2016

Per il ventottesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge il tema della nail art deve trarre ispirazione da una bandiera.

Non mi sembra possibile che questa sfida già volga al termine, tenere il passo con una nail art quotidiana è stato difficile, specialmente in questi ultimi giorni in cui il mio carico di lavoro è aumentato. Sono comunque felice di essere riuscita a rispettare tutti i temi proposti e di aver postato sempre nel primo giorno disponibile. Se ti stai cimentando nella sfida e non sei pazza come me ti ricordo che è possibile postare la nail art del giorno per sessanta giorni a partire dal primo.

Per realizzare la nail art di oggi ho scelto la bandiera francese e l'ho abbinata ad uno smalto très chic color cipria.

Ho applicato delle decalcomanie ad acqua, anche sovrapponendole per creare una prospettiva con la torre Eiffel.

Questo set di decalcomanie dedicato alla Francia mi piace tantissimo per i disegni in stile sketchbook e ricchi di dettagli.

Purtroppo quando ho applicato il top coat qualcosa è andato storto e il mio amato Seche Vite ha parzialmente sciolto alcune decals (Arco di Trionfo dove sei finito?), forse avrei dovuto aspettare qualche minuto in più!

The prompt for day 28 of 31 Day Challenge is inspired by a flag.

I can't believe that this challenge is finishing, keep up with a nail art per day was hard.

I am happy I was able to respect the prompts and to post the first day. If you are in this challenge and you are not crazy as me you can post your nail art for sixty day after the first.

To do today prompt I chose the French flag and I matched it with a très chic powder pink polish.
I applyed some water decals and overlapped them to create a nice perspective.

I really like this decal set with its sketchbook style pictures.

Unfortunately when I applyed the top coat something went wrong and my beloved Seche Vite partially melted my decals (where is my Arch of Triumph?).

Twinsie Tuesday: Inspired by the 2016 Pantone Colors

Il tema per la nail art di questa settimana del gruppo Twinsie Tuesday è ispirato dai colori Pantone per l'anno 2016.

Contrariamente a quanto accaduto fino ad ora, per l'anno 2016 Pantone ha scelto non un solo colore ma la fusione di due colori: Rose Quartz e Serenity, un rosa caldo e accogliente e un blu freddo e rasserenante.

Io li ho uniti partendo da una base calda neutra, un rosa cipria di qualche collezione passata di Pupa, cui ho aggiunto delle decalcomanie nei colori richiesti.

Su mignolo e anulare ho applicato i rombi, sull'indice le camelie e sul medio la doppia C di Chanel incrociata.

Ho applicato una passata di top coat per sigillare tutto.

This week theme for Twinsie Tuesday group is inspired by the 2016 Pantone colors.

This year Pantone introduced a two tone color: Rose Quartz and Serenity, a warm rose and a cooler blue.

I combined both in a warm neutral base, a powder pink from a past Pupa collection and I added some decals in required colors.

On my pinky and ringfinger I applyed argyles, on index camellia and on middle finger the Chanel double C.

I applyed a layer of top coat to seal decals in.

Nail Art of the Day - The Three Ages of Woman by Gustav Klimt for Day 27 Inspired by Artwork #31DC2016

Il tema della nail art per il ventisettesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge è ispirata a un'opera d'arte.

Erano mesi che avevo comprato il disco per nail stamping adatto e finalamente è arrivato il momento di usarlo!

Sto parlando del disco 14 della Artist collection di MoYou London con tutti soggetti a tema Gustav Klimt, non potevo non averlo nella mia collezione!

Nel frattempo mi è anche arrivato dall'America uno smalto della collezione Mulholland di Orly, Hillside Hideout, un malva con microglitter oro che ho trovato perfetto per questa nail art.

Dopo averlo applicato in due passate ho stampato in oro la firma di Klimt su tutte le unghie tralasciando il medio.

Ho creato uno sticker con la tecnica del reverse stamping con il dettaglio di 'Le tre età della donna' della madre con la bimba, e l'ho applicato con cautela.

Ho passato il top coat per proteggere la nail art.

Indossare questa manicure mi è piaciuto tantissimo, usare le unghie come piccole tele d'artista è stato divertente!

The prompt for day 27 of 31 Day Challenge is inspired by artwork.

I bought the perfect nail stamping plate months ago and finally it is time to use it!

I am talking about the MoYou London Artist #14 plate, it has Gustav Klimt inspired subjects and it couldn't be missed in my collection!

Meanwhile I received from USA Hillside Hideout, a new polish from Orly Mulholland collection. It is a medium mauve with gold shimmer and it is perfect for mthis nail art.

After applying two coats I stamped in gold Klimt signature except for my middle finger.

I did a sticker with reverse stamping technique, I did the detail from 'The Three Ages of Woman' and I carefully applyed it.

I applyed top coat to protect  my nail art.

I really loved wearing this manicure, it was fun to use my nails as a little artist's canvas.

Nail Art of the Day: Black Lace for Day26 Inspired by a Pattern #31DC2016

Per il ventiseiesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge 2016 il tema proposto è ispirarsi a una fantasia.

Per questa nail art mi sono fatta ispirare dal mio abbigliamento per lo scorso week end e ho abbinato la mia nail art alla lunga gonna di pizzo nero che ho indossato.

Mentre mettevo in ordine alcuni smalti usati per le ultime nail art (in questo periodo il mio tavolo da lavoro è ingombro!) mi è capitato sotto mano un vecchio smalto Kiko della serie Sugar Mat.

Adoro gli smalti a effetto sabbiato e questo nero con glitter argento si è subito candidato per essere il prescelto per la serata.

Ho stampato in argento una delle immagini di pizzo dal disco Born Pretty BP-L020 (lo avevo già usato qui, ricordi?) e non ho applicato il top coat per non annullare l'effetto ruvido sulle unghie.

The prompt for day 26 of 31 Day Challenge 2016 is inspired by a pattern.

For this nail art I took my inspiration from my last weekend outfit and I matched my nails to my long black lace skirt that I wore for my nightout.

I was tidying some polishes in my Helmers and I saw an old Kiko polish from Sugar Mat collection.
I do love sand effect polishes and this one is black with silver glitter!

I stamped in silver a lace pattern from Born Pretty BP-L020 plate (I used it before for this nail art). I didn't apply top coat to preserve the rough effect on the nails.
