31 Day Challenge 2017 Day25: Dior Logomania Nail Art

The prompt for day 25 of 31 Day Challenge 2017 is inspired by fashion.

This is a beloved theme for me, you can see my nail art for 31 Day Challenge 2016 here, and at this link the manicure I did in 2015.

 
This year I used some vintage nail stickers by Dior, I bought them back in early 2000s' when nail art was not a big deal yet and logomania was the new trend. They was in a little Dior manicure set and I seldom used them.

I did a base with a pink Dior polish and just applyed my old stickers.

 
I protected with a layer of top coat.

For my background I used the inner bag of my Dior handbag, it is vintage too 😁.

Il tema per il venticinquesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge 2017 è ispirata dalla moda.

Questo è un tema che mi piace molto, puoi vedere qui la mia nail art per il 31 Day Challenge 2016, e a questo link quella per il 2015.

Quest'anno ho usato alcuni sticker vintage di Dior, li comprai nei primi anni 2000 quando la nail art ancora non esisteva e la moda imperante era la logomania. Questi sticker erano in un piccolo set per manicure di Dior e li ho usati raramente.

Ho applicato uno smalto rosa di Dior come base e sopra i miei vecchi adesivi.
 
Ho protetto con una passata di top coat.

Per lo sfondo ho usato la sacchetta interna di una mia borsa Dior, anche quella vintage 😁.

31 Day Challenge 2017 Day24: Hamlet inspired nail art

The theme for day 24 of 31 Day Challenge 2017 is inspired by a book.

I'm a lover of William Shakespeare's plays and dramas, so I did a Hamlet inspired nail art using a nocturnal polish, skulls and his famous doubt.

 
It is not the first time that Shakespeare inspires me for this prompt, you can see my 31 Day Challenge 2016 nail art here, and 2015 at this link.

My base is the brand new Essie Dressed to the Nineties polish, a dark purple with green shimmer, I love it!

I stamped with a holographic polish some skulls from Bundle Monster BM-H07 plate.

 On my accent I stamped 'To be or not to be' from MoYou London Lingo 01 plate, that is barely visible because of its fineness.

I protect and make it shine with a layer of top coat.

Il tema per il ventiquattresimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge 2017 è ispirata da un libro.

Essendo un'amante dei drammi e delle commedie di William Shakespeare, così ho realizzato una nail art ispirata ad Amleto usando uno smalto notturno, teschi e ili suo famoso dubbio.

Non è la prima volta che Shakespeare mi ispira per questo tema, puoi vedere la mia nail art per il 31 Day Challenge 2016 qui e a questo link quella del 2015.

La mia base è il nuovissimo Essie Dressed to the Nineties, un viola scuro con riflessi verdi, lo amo già!

Ho stampato alcuni teschi dal disco Bundle Monster BM-H07 con uno smalto olografico.

Per l'accent ho stampato 'Essere o non essere' in lingua originale dal disco MoYou London Lingo 01, è appena visibile a causa del carattere sottilissimo.

Ho protetto e dato un tocco di luce con uno strato di top coat.

31 Day Challenge 2017 Day23: Gentlemen Prefer Blondes

For day 23 of 31 Day Challenge 2017 the theme is inspired by a movie.

In 31 Day Challenge 2016 I did this nail art, in 2015 this here.

This year I did a nail art inspired by a classic Hollywood movie by Howard Hawks, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes with Marilyn Monroe.

I've seen this movie several times, it's so ironic and Marilyn is beautiful.

The main scene is when she sings Diamond are a girl's best friend in a hot pink dress with a big bow and matching long gloves.

I have the exact decal for that scene and I matched with a superb Dior polish.

I added another decal with the iconic Marilyn makeup.

Decals were set on a white base.

I sealed with a layer of top coat.

Per il ventitreesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge 2017 il tema è ispirato da un film.

Nel 31 Day Challenge 2016 ho realizzato questa nail art, nel 2015 questa qui.

Quest'anno ho fatto una nail art ispirata a un film della Hollywood classica di Howard Hawks, Gli uomini preferiscono le bionde con Marilyn Monroe.

Ho visto questo film tante volte, è così ironico e Marilyn è deliziosa.

La scena principare è quella in cui lei canta Diamond are a girl's best friend in un vestito rosa acceso con un grande fiocco rosa e guanti lunghi abbinati.

Avevo la decalcomania esatta di quella scena e l'ho abbinata a un superbo smalto rosa di Dior.

Ho aggiunto un'altra decalcomania con il make up icona di Marilyn.

Ho applicato le decalcomanie su una base bianca.

Ho sigillato con una passata di top coat.

31 Day Challenge 2017 Day22: Umbrella by Rihanna - Nail Crazies Unite: Chevron

For day 22 of 31 Day Challenge 2017 the theme is inspired by a song.

In the same day the prompt for Nail Crazies Unite group is chevron.

I'm lucky enough to combine these themes in just a manicure, it's the only way for me to go through the challenge!

I did a base with a chevron print in silver and mint and this would fit the chevron prompt.

Then I added some umbrella decals to match the inspired by a song theme, the song is Umbrella by Rihanna.

In 31 Day Challenge 2016 I did this nail art, in 2015 this here.

I started from a mint base. Then I stamped in silver the chevron from Harunouta L021 plate, this is a cute plate and its chevrons fit my little nails perfectly!

I selected the pink umbrellas and I added them, one or two on each nail.

I sealed with a layer of top coat.

I really love how this nail art came out, I love the silver shine and little pink umbrellas!

Per il ventiduesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge 2017 il tema è ispirata a una canzone.

Nello stesso giorno il tema per il gruppo Nail Crazies Unite è chevron.

Sono stata abbastanza fortuna da riuscire a combinare due temi in un'unica nail art, è l'unico modo per andare avanti con il challenge!

Ho fatto una base con una stampa chevron in argento e verde acqua per il tema chevron.

Poi ho aggiunto alcune decalcomanie a ombrello per il secondo tema, la canzone a cui mi sono ispirata è Umbrella di Rihanna.

Nel 31 Day Challenge 2016 ho realizzato questa nail art, nel 2015 questa qui.

Sono partita da una base verde acqua, poi ho stampato in argento il motivo a zig zag dal disco Harunouta L021, è un disco carinissimo e la stampa ha riempito perfettamente le mie unghie piccine!

Ho selezionato solo gli ombrellini rosa e li ho aggiunti, uno o due su ogni unghia.

Ho sigillato con una passata di top coat.

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo come è venuta questa nail art, adoro la lucentezza dell'argento e gli ombrellini rosa!

31 Day Challenge 2017 Day21: Pink Feathers

We arrived at the third and last part of 31 Day Challenge, the inspired by nail art.

For day 21 of 31 Day Challenge 2017 the theme is inpired by a color.

In 31 Day Challenge 2016 I did this nail art here, in 2015 this here.

This year I decided to do a total pink nail art.

I started from a doll pink polish base.

Then I added some water decals, I selected only the pink feathers.

I bought  these decals months ago on Aliexpress, I love buying nail related article on Ali!

I like this ton sur ton look, so girlish!

I protected with a layer of top coat.

Siamo arrivate alla terza e ultima parte del 31 Day Challenge, quella delle nail art ispirate a qualcosa.

Per il ventunesimo giorno del 31 Day Challenge 2017 il tema è ispirata da un colore.

Quest'anno ho deciso di fare una nail art tutta in rosa.

Sono partita da una base rosa bambola.

Poi ho aggiunto alcune decalcomanie, ho scelto solo le piume rosa.

Ho comprato queste decalcomanie mesi fa su Aliexpress, adoro comprare articoli per la nail art su Ali!

Adoro questo look ton sur ton, è così femminile!


Ho protetto tutto con uno strato di top coat.

31 Day Challenge 2017 Day20: Latte Art Marble

The theme for day 20 of 31 Day Challenge 2017 is watermarble.

To me watermarble is a hard manicure to do, sometimes the polish are not expanding, some other the design is not good enoough and you need a lot of time to do it! 

So when it comes to this prompt I cheat, I have cheated for years!

This year I did a latte art ispired manicure, I love when the bartender realizes a little design with my cappuccino!

I started from a sand beige polish, then I stamped in brown some pattern from a chinese copy for MoYou London Cookbook 03.

I protected with a layer of top coat.

Il tema per il ventesimo giorno del  31 Day Challenge 2017 è watermarble.

Per me la watermarble è una manicure difficilissima da fare, a volte gli smalti non si espandono, a volte il disegno non viene bello e serve sempre tantissimo tempo per realizzarla!

Così ogni anno quando tocca a questo tema io imbroglio, ho imbrogliato per anni!

Quest'anno ho realizzato una nail art ispirata alla latte art, l'arte di creare disegni sul cappuccino! Io adoro quando il barista mi presenta un piccolo disegno nel cappuccino!

Sono partita da una base beige, poi ho stampato in marrone alcune fantasie da una copia cinese del disco MoYou London Cookbook 03.

Ho protetto con uno strato di top coat.
