Nail Art of the Day: Happy Easter 2018

Are you looking for an Easter nail art? You can see at this link my previous Easter manicure.

This year I have no time with my newborn, so I chose a super easy Easter nail art in pastel tone and with a cute bunny.

I applied two layers of pale yellow polish, then I added a black and white glitter top coat to give a speckled look.

Then I simply selected an Easter bunny from my water decals and applied on my ringfinger.

Quest'anno con mio figlio appena nato non ho troppo tempo da dedicre alle unghie così ho fatto una nail art facilissima in toni pastello e con un simpatico coniglietto.

Ho applicato due strati di smalto giallo chiaro, poi ho aggiunto il top coat con i glitter bianchi e neri per dare un effetto uovo macchiato.

Quindi ho scelto un coniglietto tra le mie decalcomanie e l'ho applicato sull'anulare.

Nail Crazies Unite: Fresh Fruit - Nail Challenge Collaborative: Pastels #2

Today theme for Nail Crazies Unite group is fresh fruit, and the monthly theme for Nail Challenge Collaborative group is pastel (you can see my first pastel mani at this link).

For these prompts I decided to use some falsies I bought almost two years ago in Ireland.

I bought those stiletto false nails with a super fresh decoration at Claire's in Dublin.

They are so lovely! And stiletto nails...I am so in love with stiletto on my nails!

I like the shape of these nails and the fruity decoration, dragon fruit nail is my favorite of the bunch!

I think I could wear these nails just for one night, I feel them uncomfortable with a little baby around.

Per entrambi questi temi ho deciso di usare delle unghie finte che ho comprato quasi due anni fa in Irlanda.

Ho preso queste unghie finte a stiletto con decorazione estivissima da Claire's a Dublino.

Sono carinissime! E le unghie a stiletto... Adoro le unghie a stiletto su di me!

Mi piace la forma di queste unghie e la deocrazione fruttosa, l'unghia con il dragon fruit è la mia preferita!

Penso che potrei portare queste unghie solo per una serata, le trovo scomode con un neonato in giro.

26 Great Nail Art Ideas: French with a Twist

Today theme for 26 Great Nail Art Ideas is french with a twist.

If you are a follower you know that french manicure is not my kind of nail style.

In the beginning I couldn't do a decent smile lines, then I mastered a technique but I still don't like it.

For the theme french with a twist I decided to do a stamping french, with my clear stamper it is soooo easy!

I started with a bare base, just a protective layer of Orly Bonder.

Then I stamped in black the floral template from Konad m71 plate.

I stamped again in black the deep smile line from Konad m86 plate.

Tip: I always use a latex barrier when stamping in black for clean cuticles 😉

I added two layers of top coat to protect my nail art.

Materials:

• Nail stamping polish: Born Pretty black
• Nail stamping plates: Konad m71 and m86
• Clear stamper and scraper
• Top Coat: Seche Vite

Il tema di oggi per il gruppo 26 Great Nail Art Ideas è french speciale.

Se mi segui sai già che la french manicure non è il mio stile.

All'inizio non riuscivo nemmeno a fare una linea del sorriso decente, poi dopo vari allenamenti ho trovato la mia tecnica ma comunque continua a non piacermi.

Per il tema french speciale ho deciso di fare una french con lo stamping, con lo stampino trasparente è facilissimo!

Sono partita da una base trasparente, solo uno strato di Orly Bonder.

Poi ho stampato in nero la trama floreale dal disco Konad m71.

Ho stampato di nuovo con il nero la linea del sorriso dal disco Konad m86.

Trucchetto: quando stampo in nero uso sempre il lattice liquido per non sporcare le cuticole 😉

Ho aggiunto due strati di top coat per proteggere la nail art.

Materiali usati:

• Dischi per nail stamping: Konad m71 e m86
• stampino trasparente e raschietto

Nail Crazies Unite: Rainbow Watermarble - Nail Challenge Collaborative: Pastels #1

Today theme for Nail Crazies Unite group is rainbow watermarble.

This month prompt for Nail Challenge Collaborative group is pastels.

So I combined these two themes in just one manicure and I created a pastel rainbow watermarble.

Since I suck at watermarbling I did just two nails with this technique.

I did a white base and then I watermarbled light purple, light yellow and mint green polishes.

The result is barely visible because I applyed a layer of glitter top coat 😅. Then I applyed a clear top coat too.

Despite the light watermarble effect I love this pastel manicure that screams spring.

I think this could be a base for an Easter nail art.

• Nail polishes: Kiko 330, China Glaze Snow, Lemon Fizz, Re-fresh Mint and Snow Globe
• Latex Barrier: Born Pretty
• Top Coat: Seche Vite

Il tema di oggi per il gruppo Nail Crazies Unite è watermarble arcobaleno.

Il tema del mese per il gruppo Nail Challenge Collaborative è pastello.

Ho combinato questi due temi in un'unca manicure  creando una watermarble arcobaleno con colori pastello.

Siccome faccio schifo nel watermarble ho fatto solo due unghie con questa tecnica.

Ho fatto una base bianca e ho usato un viola chiaro, un giallino e un verde menta per il watermarble.

Il risultato è appena visibile perchè ho applicato uno strato di top coat glitter 😅. Ho poi fatto anche uno strato di top coat trasparente.

Nonostante il leggerissimo effetto watermarble mi piace tantissimo questa manicure pastello che grida primavera.

Penso che sarebbe una base perfetta per una nail art di Pasqua.

26 Great Nail Art Ideas: Made with a Mat - Silver Stars

Today theme for 26 Great Nail Art Ideas is made with a mat or on plastic.

I chose to do advanced stamping technique on a mat.

I did a blue sandy base and I topped it to make it shine.

I made a sticker in silver with Kads Min 009 plate and then I colored the stars in with a silver polish.

I applyed the sticker on my ringfinger, then I applyed a layer of top coat.

• Nail Polishes: Kiko Real Glare 4, Zoya Trixie
• Stamping polish: Kiko 616
• Stamping plate: Kads Min 009
• Stamper and scraper
• Top Coat: Seche Vite

Il tema di oggi per il gruppo 26 Great Nail Art Ideas è fatto su un tappetino o su plastica.

Ho scelto di fare una nail art con la tecnica advanced stamping su un tappetino.

Ho steso una base blu con finish sabbiato cui ho aggiunto il top coat per renderlo brillante e liscio.

Ho realizzato un adesivo in argento con il disco Kads Min 009 e poi ho colorato le stelle con un altro smalto argento.

Ho applicato lo sticker sull'anulare e poi ho di nuovo aggiunto una passata di top coat.
